While we do not directly handle the technical aspects of technology integration, we excel at coordinating efforts between IT professionals and key decision-makers within your organization.

2. Client Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the successful execution of the project. Any delays or inaccuracies in information provided by the client may impact project timelines and outcomes.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in the contract between LIVV and the client. Payment for services rendered is due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Any materials, including but not limited to documents, reports, and presentations, created by LIVV during the course of the project remain the intellectual property of LIVV unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Confidentiality

LIVV agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by the client during the course of the project. Similarly, the client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by LIVV.

6. Limitation of Liability

LIVV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes regarding the execution of this agreement, only the respective competent court of Ghent is authorized to adjudicate the dispute.

8. Modifications

LIVV reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to be bound by the latest version of these terms and conditions.
